We are constantly monitoring the ever changing legislation in the Recruitment Industry. All candidates must provide legitimate Identification before commencing employment.
We will take the time to advertise, interview and reference check employees. The costs of PAYE, Employers National Insurance, Holiday Pay and Statutory Sick Pay will be incorporated into our competitive hourly charge rate hence becoming your one stop "Recruitment Solution".
Candidates
Whilst employed by Recruitment Solutions, we provide:
- Competitive rates of pay, paid on time into your account or by cheque, weekly by our experienced payroll team.
- Assistance with PAYE tax issues, CSCS qualifications and UTR/CIS registration.
- An extensive payslip, clearly explaining all earnings and deductions is issued weekly.
- Our Health & Safety policy. We are keen to ensure the welfare of employees and will provide Personal Protective Equipment where necessary.
- An extensive job search in order to place candidates in employment suited to them.
