Weekly Timesheet

Please download, ask your line manager to complete, sign and return to us by email
(info@rec-solutions.net) or fax (01235 511950) by 3pm every Monday to ensure it is included in the weekly payroll.

Multi Timesheet

A weekly timesheet for reporting multiple candidate jobs. Please ensure all timesheets are faxed to 01235 511950 by 3pm Monday following the week worked.

P46

Any employee commencing work without a P45 should complete and return this form to ensure they are issued with a valid tax code.

Upon commencement of employment your details will need to be stored on our payroll system. If you cannot get into our offices, please download, complete and return this form
